All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times depend on your location. Typical delivery times are:

      - Canada: 5–10 business days

      - United States: 5–12 business days

      - International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays or result in the package being returned. Derma Revive is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Derma Revive is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may also cause delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
